Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Pop Drop Drinks

At Pop Drop Drinks, we take utmost care in packaging and quality checking of our mocktail and cocktail bombs before dispatch.

No Returns / No Refunds

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been delivered.

Exchange Policy (Damaged Products Only)

We offer an exchange only in case the product is received in a damaged condition.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • An unboxing video or clear photos showing the damaged product and outer packaging must be shared

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.

Important Notes

  • Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect the product quality are not considered damage

  • Exchange requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
