1. ABOUT US

Pop Drop Drinks (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an Indian consumer brand engaged in the sale of cocktail and mocktail bombs through its website and digital platforms.
By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Shipping Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law to use our services and place orders.

3. PRODUCTS & USAGE

  • Our products are cocktail and mocktail bombs intended for personal consumption only.

  • Product descriptions, images, flavours, packaging, and appearance may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or batch variations.

  • We do not guarantee taste preferences, as flavour perception varies from person to person.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which is accepted only after payment confirmation and order verification.

  • We personally call customers to confirm each order before dispatch to prevent fraud or errors.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

    • Payment is not verified

    • Contact details are incorrect

    • The product is unavailable

    • Suspicious or bulk activity is detected

If cancelled, any paid amount will be refunded as per the payment gateway timelines.

5. PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned.

  • Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways such as PhonePe.

  • We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders are shipped within the timelines mentioned on our website after confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, or force majeure events.

  • Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, risk of loss passes to the customer.

7. NO RETURN & LIMITED EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of consumable products:

  • No returns or refunds are accepted

  • Exchange is allowed only if the product is received damaged or incorrect

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with unboxing photos/videos.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website—including brand name, logo, text, graphics, images, videos, and packaging—is the exclusive property of Pop Drop Drinks and protected under Indian intellectual property laws.

We are not responsible for the policies, actions, or failures of third-party platforms.

10. USER CONDUCT

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

12. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pop Drop Drinks from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:

  • False claims or disputes

13. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or logistics disruptions.

14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and shall be effective immediately.

16. NON-ALCOHOLIC PRODUCT DECLARATION

Pop Drop Drinks does not sell, distribute, promote, or facilitate the sale of any alcoholic products.

All products sold under the brand Pop Drop Drinks are 100% non-alcoholic beverage mixers, designed to be used for preparing mocktails and flavour-based drinks only.

Pop Drop Drinks does not currently sell and will not sell any alcoholic products in the future.

Our products:

  • Do not contain alcohol, ethanol, spirits, wine, beer, or any intoxicating substance

  • Do not cause intoxication

  • Are safe for general consumption when used as directed

Any addition of alcohol (if chosen by the customer) is entirely optional, not included, and not supplied or encouraged by Pop Drop Drinks.

Pop Drop Drinks does not promote, recommend, encourage, or mandate the use of alcohol in any form.

17. AGE RESTRICTION CLARIFICATION

Since our products are non-alcoholic, they do not fall under alcohol regulations and may be purchased by individuals above 18 years of age as a standard consumer product.

18. PAYMENT GATEWAY COMPLIANCE

Payments processed through PhonePe or any other payment gateway are strictly for the purchase of non-alcoholic mixer products.
Pop Drop Drinks does not engage in the sale of restricted, prohibited, or regulated substances under Indian law.
