Order Confirmation

  • Every order placed with Pop Drop Drinks is personally confirmed via a call or message before dispatch.

  • Orders will be dispatched only after successful confirmation.

  • If we are unable to reach the customer for confirmation, the order may be kept on hold or cancelled.

Processing & Dispatch

  • Once the order is confirmed, it is processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.

  • All products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.

Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location and courier partner.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days after dispatch.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout.

Delays

  • Pop Drop Drinks is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, though we will assist wherever possible.

Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details will not be the responsibility of Pop Drop Drinks.

Damaged Shipments

  • In case the product is received in a damaged condition, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy and report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof.
